While we strive to facilitate secure connections, we do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the success of matches. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any disputes arising from this user agreement shall first undergo formal mediation. If unresolved, claims must be filed within one year of the incident. Governing terms fall under Ontario jurisdiction, with exclusive venue in Toronto courts.
